Service Description

Enjoy personalized, one-on-one training in the comfort of your own home. Each session is fully customized to your goals, abilities, and how your body is feeling that day. A typical session includes: 5–10 minute warm-up 40 minutes of guided strength, balance, and mobility exercises 5 minute cool-down and stretching I bring all necessary equipment — you just show up and move.
