Hi, I’m Betsy!
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I believe that movement and exercise are key to feeling good at any stage of life. My goal is to help you move better and feel stronger—no matter your age, size, or fitness level.

Through Flex and Fit Personal Training, I offer customized, in-home sessions with a focus on strength, balance, and mobility, helping you build strength for everyday movements as well as loftier fitness goals.
When I’m not training clients, you’ll find me running or hiking, traveling when possible, or hanging out with my book group. I also love walking my dog at my local park, Mt. Tabor. I live in SE Portland with my husband, our dog, and our 19-year-old son (Go Ducks).
